First Interview
During your first interview, you'll get to meet your potential manager and key team members. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into team dynamics, understand the team's direction, current projects, and if you can envision yourself joining the team.

Skills assessment
At this stage, we might ask you to showcase your skills through a task related to your future roll, conduct a logic and reasoning test, or both. We typically do a personality test as well because we're dedicated to finding the roles for the right people in the right teams. We review the test results together and and get your thoughts on the test.
Last Interview - Meet our CEO
You'll have the chance to connect with our CEO, where you're welcome to ask any questions you have. This session typically lasts about an hour. Sometimes called a grandfather interview, this is an opportunity to explore the culture and vision of Factbird.

Onboarding - The journey begins
Our onboarding process gives you time to meet everyone in your team and key people from other departments. We also cover the social activities, help with hardware and software setup, and connect you with a buddy to help you get off to the best possible start.
